Background – Cefndir

Since the start of the pandemic, there has been growing worldwide interest in individuals’ well-being. Earlier this year, Gryfa Cymru/Careers Wales and the Canadian Career Development Foundation (CCDF) decided to work together on ‘a pilot small-scale research project’ to investigate careers guidance and well-being outcomes for adults 18+ in Wales and Canada. The research will take place between 13th October 2021 – 31st January 2022.

Ers dechrau’r pandemig, dangoswyd diddordeb cynyddol yn fyd-eang yn llesiant unigolion. Yn gynharach eleni, penderfynodd Gyrfa Cymru/Careers Wales a Sefydliad Datblygu Gyrfaoedd Canada (CCDF) weithio gyda’i gilydd ar ‘brosiect ymchwil graddfa fechan peilot’ i ymchwilio i ganlyniadau cyfarwyddyd gyrfaoedd a llesiant i oedolion 18+ yng Nghymru a Chanada. Cynhelir yr ymchwil rhwng 13eg Hydref 2021 a 31ain Ionawr 2022.
