The Canadian Career Development Foundation (CCDF) has released its new career development competencies list. The project was funded with a grant from Employment and Social Development Canada. It involved many hours from volunteers informing the framework and multiple consultations with stakeholders far and wide.

Along with the new list of competencies comes an updated Code of Ethics (coming in September) and a clearer definition of a Career Development Professional.
