RISE OF THE MACHINES : AM I STILL NEEDED?
Recent developments in robotics, artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning have put us on the cusp of a new automation age – the fourth Industrial Revolution. I’m delivering a keynote on this topic today at Aston University talking about innovative ICT developments in labour market intelligence/information (LMI) and careers work.
Around half the activities people are paid to do globally could theoretically be automated using currently demonstrated technologies.
