Session Content

This session will explore whether career development can legitimately be regarded as a profession. It will examine aspects of professional identity and what this means for career development practitioners, including the challenges to professional identity and the importance of creating a sense of belonging. There is power in connecting globally as part of our commitment to developing professionalisation.
